Board Meetings

Board meetings are the second Tuesday of the month unless the second Tuesday is before the 15th of the month. These meetings are held on the third Tuesday and are noted with an asterisk below. All meetings are held at 2:30 p.m.

Members of the public can attend meetings in-person or on Zoom. If you would like the Zoom meeting link, please contact admin@highlandrescue.org at least 24 hours before the meeting.

Public Comment Policy

This public comment policy was approved by the Highland Rescue Team Ambulance District (The District) Board of Directors on September 10, 2024.

Agendas for every board meeting are posted to the District website at least 24 hours in advance of the board meeting. To propose an agenda item for discussion, contact admin@highlandrescue.org at least 7 days before the board meeting. You will receive a response within 3 business days.

Comments on agenda items can be submitted via email to admin@highlandrescue.org or provided at a board meeting. To comment during a meeting, you will be asked to sign in and save your comment(s) until the Public Comment agenda item. In-person and virtual options are available to attend meetings.

Public comments are limited to five minutes per person. The Board will respond to your comment as they are able. If further discussion or research is required, the Board will provide a response at the next meeting or via email.
