Roxanne Lenny is a Genesee resident who has lived in the district for 25 years. She is a recently retired marketing executive who loves cooking, travel and fly fishing -- but also feels it is important to give back to the community. In addition to being involved with Highland Rescue, Roxanne supports Mt. Evans Hospice via different volunteer efforts.
Pat Smith has been on the Highland team since 1997, and has lived on the mountain most of his life. He has spent most of his career in the management, insurance and financial service industry. Pat has four children, and has been married to his wife Paula for 29 years. He enjoys serving the team, our great community, and the visitors we help.
Barbara DeBoer recently retired from Highland Rescue Team. She was an EMT and the administrator for Highland for many years. Barbara enjoys playing tennis and traveling.
Nancy Woodruff has been a Genesee resident for 39 years. She has 2 daughters, 1 granddaughter and has been married to Woody for 39 years. Nancy retired in 2019 from the Pharmaceutical business. She is involved with Make a Wish and other volunteer groups.. She enjoys skiing, golfing, and traveling.
Terry McCarthy retired from a career as a partner in a marketing and consulting firm and moved to Genesee from Ohio six years ago. Terry and his family love travel and all of the outdoor activities available in the mountains. He is happy to have the opportunity to support the important work of Highland Rescue.
