Location: Highland Rescue Team Station
Address: 317 S. Lookout Mountain Rd, Golden, Colorado 80401. Virtual attendance is also an option. Email admin@highlandrescue.org at least 24 hours before each meeting for a link.
Day(s): second Tuesday of the month, except in months where the second Tuesday is before the 9th, then the meeting will be on the third Tuesday of the month. Some meeting dates are changed to accommodate board and staff's schedules. The most up-to-date schedule is posted to the Highland Rescue Team website.

Any eligible elector of the special district who desires to be a candidate for the office of special district director must file a self-nomination and acceptance form or letter with the designated election official. Forms will be made available on highlandrescue.colorado.gov and by request to the Designated Election Official in early 2027.
